Son of entrepreneurs, José Bárbara grew up absorbing the passion for the automotive area and an indisputable desire to win.

Aware of his legacy and proud of his roots that inspired him and continue to lead him, in 1992, José Bárbara joined the management of the company founded by his father. In order to achieve more and better results, in 2003 his wife Anabela Bárbara also joins the management of KROFtools, being similarly responsible for the financial and human resources departments, to expand the business together.

KROFtools - Professional Tools, known as Crofil when it was founded in 1989, is a family company with strong foundations that continues to evolve always with its eyes set on its mission: to bring the most appropriate products to the market in view of the needs of those who use them. looking for, in a short time.

Initially, the operating strategy presented a slightly different concept: in 2005, still known as Crofil, it implemented several modifications in terms of the sale of articles and the relationship with its customers, initiating the sales process to auto parts and equipment distributors. workshop, nationally and internationally. The direct sale to the final consumer was left behind. Important changes that allowed the significant evolution of the company.

Without ever putting its foot on the growth brake, 3 years later, in 2008, the company creates its own brand: KROFtools - Professional Tools, thus strengthening its position in the market.

In 2010, an important step was marked, with the change of facilities to obtain physical margin to expand and give shape to the planned projects.

With expectations of growth and evolution, in 2020 the name of the company is consolidated as KROFtools.

Once again feeling the need to expand the space, in 2021 he started building a new pavilion totally adapted to needs, where he intends to offer an improved experience to those looking for it. A pavilion with about 4 thousand square meters and fully adapted to storage needs, with more spacious spaces and a showroom.

The growth of KROFtools is supported by highly specialized professionals who ensure all the company's activity, with the highest quality standards and in different departments such as:
